By joining or using Instant Filter, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not upload a photo or create content.
Your photos and content
Only upload material you own or have permission to use, including permission from people shown in a photo. You keep your rights in what you upload. You give Instant Filter the limited permission needed to process, store, display, and delete it as part of the service.
Public posts and reuse
Creations are private unless you choose to publish. When you publish, you allow Instant Filter to display the generated video and let others reuse its filter recipe to make new creations. Your original source photo is not included in that permission or made public.
Safety rules
Do not use the service for illegal, exploitative, deceptive, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit, privacy-invasive, or intellectual-property-infringing content. Do not impersonate someone, evade limits, probe private media, or interfere with the service. We may remove content or access to protect people and the platform.
AI results and availability
AI output can be inaccurate, unexpected, or unavailable. Review a result before publishing it. Service limits, model availability, and features can change, and generation may be paused when safety, capacity, or cost limits are reached.
Responsibility
You are responsible for what you upload, request, and publish. Instant Filter is provided as available, without a promise that every request will succeed or that every output will be suitable for a particular purpose. Nothing here limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
